The Malt House is a rather special Inn located in Berkeley, two miles west of the A38 Gloucester to Bristol road in the heart of the Cotswold hills. The area is steeped in history with Berkeley Castle and the Slimbridge Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust being just two of the local attractions worth a visit. Today we attract many ramblers who call in for a meal or a refreshing drink on their day out. Local regulars and others who travel here from further afield enjoy a memorable meal in very comfortable surroundings. This traditional venue is tastefully furnished in mellow wall coverings and dark woods. There is a small beer garden outside where you can relax and enjoy a real ale or a glass of wine in the summer sunshine. If you are looking to stay for a few days and enjoy the countryside then why not stay at the Malt House and relax in style. You will be made very welcome.
