The Seven Stars is one of the oldest pubs in Brighton. Licensed since 1535 this Grade 2 listed building has recently been reformed back to it’s former glory and encompasses fine wines, real cask ales, freshly made traditional food and, of course friendly staff. The beautiful traditional exterior is complemented by the sumptuous interior featuring wooden floors, open fires, chandeliers and a classy colour scheme. The work of an outstanding local photographer is displayed for sale on the walls of the pub. Being just five minutes from Brighton beach we are popular with both tourists and local regulars alike – both are made extremely welcome. During the week The Seven Stars has a relaxed dining atmosphere which transforms into a lively, sociable fun place to be on Friday and Saturday nights. Whether it be a coffee before you hit the shops, a leisurely lunch or a good evening out you are looking for, come in soon and stay a while. You will be made very welcome.
