In the centre of the village of Colyford, the Wheelwright Innis an elegant 17th Century thatched building which was originally a wheelwright’s place of work and has also been a tea shop. The village of Colyford is on the Jurassic coastline and has the Seaton Tramway running straight through it. This pretty venue has a delightful, flower decorated patio where you can enjoy the summer sunshine. We are opposite a Vintage Car Museum and close to the historic villages and towns of Beer, Sidmouth and Lyme Regis. Today the traditional exterior is a great contrast to the contemporary interior, with its oak floors and beams, cob walls, open fires and a bright, lively atmosphere. At the Wheelwright Inn we are well known for the quality of our food and relaxed dining atmosphere – visit us soon to see for yourself.
