As the pub name suggests, Old West Quayis situated on the marina front looking out onto open water at Hartlepool. We overlook the oldest floating war ship and Hartlepool’s Maritime Museum which is only 300 feet away. The quayside is usually buzzing with day trippers, business travellers, families taking short breaks and local regulars. This Brewers Fayre was built in about 1996 and inside has a modern yet traditional decor of terracotta and cream with wooden pillars and a fireplace in the dining room. The bar area, which is a quieter retreat from the diners, has comfy sofa’s and a TV. Our restaurant can seat 200 people. You can dine throughout the pub and what makes it special is that you can look out over the water. We also back onto the marina so you can watch the boats come in and out. Quality food is served at a reasonable price from our extensive Brewers Fayre menu and the children’s menu holds appetizing choices for our younger visitors. We welcome families and the indoor play area is a great place for the youngsters to play while the adults sit back and relax. We have helpful bar staff so you are guaranteed a warm welcome. Come and take in the views and sights of Hartlepool, not forgetting to pop in and see us.
