Cottams Fieldwas built in August 2003 just off Junction 34 of the M6 in a business park near Lancaster. This is a good stop off point as we are local to the Lake District and Blackpool is not far away. Lancaster itself is an Edwardian town with a castle, a working prison and the priory which is a functioning church, booked up for years for weddings! This Brewers Fayre pub and restaurant has a very light and airy decor inside and is modern looking from the outside. Having an open plan design there are small partitions for more secluded areas, a section for adult diners and a family area. Our clientele is quite varied from business people locally and visitors staying at the Premier Inn to others, including families, who drive out to us for a meal. Outside there are two patios, one of which is fenced off. During the summer this is a good place to dine al fresco or enjoy a relaxed drink with friends. We are known for the food we serve and our kitchen manager, has been here since we opened, has built up the good reputation in the restaurant. Many of the team have been here from the start too. We also have gardeners to maintain the shrubbery around the car park and cut the grass regularly. Why not call in next time you are travelling this way and experience this sociable venue.
