The Hollybush is set in Lichfield, a town with olde worlde character and pockets of historic charm. It is notable for its three-spire Cathedral and as the birthplace of Dr. Johnson, the writer of the first authoritative Dictionary of the English Language. This Chef & Brewer has a freshly painted appearance with plenty of climbing ivy to the outside along with decorative flowered baskets and potted plants displayed for a welcoming touch. Walk inside and you will find a traditionally decorated pub in neutral colours with interesting brass, pictures and plates adorning the walls. Wooden beams, pillars and decorative fireplaces are alongside traditional furniture and exposed brickwork. We are very food orientated but also offer the passing customer, who would prefer just a drink, a wide range of the best beverages. Our food can be chosen from a main menu or chalkboards which display a delicious selection of special dishes. You will be served meals which have been prepared from the freshest of ingredients and cooked to order. To complement your meal there is an extensive choice of quality wines. There is additional outside seating to the back of the pub with Jumbrella’s, an ideal place for al fresco dining. Come and meet the team soon.
