The Tamar is about four miles out of Plymouth in a shopping area. We serve food from our Flaming Grill menu – famous for it’s chargrilled food served on sizzling skillets. Families are more than welcome as well as attracting a pleasant sports following. This old building has a contemporary exterior whilst inside it offers a family friendly environment with warm coloured decor and comfy seating. The sizzlign skillets fill the air with a delicious smell. Many of our customers are regulars with plenty of passers by. We attract a good sports following as we have plasma screens to show the major matches. The atmosphere is relaxed during the week and more lively at weekends when our younger clientele use the Tamar as a start off point before going on into town later. The helpful team look forward to seeing some new faces.
