The Gardeners Armsis to be found about a mile and a half from Stockport city centre. Built in 1761, this listed building is part of a small row of terraced houses and has retained it’s own character. We re-opened in April 2008 following a refurbishment with new fixtures, fittings and re-paint it has a fresh new look. This is a good old fashioned local, with a bar and lounge bar. We are a traditional drinking pub which serves real ale to perfection. Sport is shown on plasma screens around the pub making us a popular venue for watching a game of football. Most of our clientele are regular locals, but visitors and newcomers are always made to feel very welcome in this friendly, great pub.
